Shipping Policy

We ship our orders within 8-10 days, but this may vary depending on the season and workload. For custom orders, it may take a few more days. When you place an order with us, we also send the order confirmation email and the shipping date of your order.

Delivery time:

All orders are shipped via DHL or FedEx. Transit times vary depending on your location, but the average delivery time is 4-6 days.

Exchange an item

If you exchange the item, your replacement item will be sent as soon as the original item is returned. You are responsible for the shipping costs of all items returned to us for exchange.

As the manufacturer, we stand behind our products. Angel Jackets will be repaired for any manufacturing defects occurring under normal wear and tear for a period of one year from the date of purchase when the garment is returned with the original invoice. After the warranty period, repairs will be made whenever possible at minimal cost. Shipping costs will be borne by the sender.
